Damages of exposed concrete surfaces are hard to repair. The innovative product range of Synfola offer high-tech help. Our purely mineral concrete cosmetic products guarantee a perfect appearance - also after years.

Concrete is popular. For wall, ceiling, façade, stairway or floor surfaces - the versatile building material is highly appreciated by architects and constructors. Not least because concrete consists nearly completely of natural material. But this is exactly the problem. The manufacturing of the desired surface appearance is a delicate process. Various conditions and material properties have to work together: Installation type, aggregates and additives or environmental impacts such as temperature, humidity and other weather conditions. If the preparation is insufficient or if the basic criteria aren't met, cracks, gravel pockets, stains and efflorescence occur on the concrete.

Repair concrete with concrete

The high-tech concrete cosmetic products SBK-08 are in the centre of our success. They consist of a purely cementitious or cementitious-pigmented special concrete mix produced from the same materials concrete contains. With other words: Synfola repairs concrete damages with concrete and not with colours or washing as many people do. Because only in this way the natural properties, character and appearance of concrete surfaces are remained for 100%.

Colour design of exposed concrete

Exposed concrete surfaces can be treated with SBK-08 in the natural concrete colour or can also be coloured on individual request in a colour selected by you. The structure of the formwork and the natural appearance of exposed concrete remain minerally and optically preserved.

High stability, low layer thickness

Facades are one thing, floors and stair steps another. The production of concrete cosmetic products that can be used without compromise on floors and stairs was a major challenge. Because where daily hundreds or even thousands of feet walk an especially high stability and resistance is required. Synfola is working also in these problematic zones for more than six years with its proven high-tech concrete products. Colour irregularities, spalling or also damaged sintered layers can be repaired with the mineral concrete cosmetic - without influencing the natural hard concrete character. The treated surfaces can't be distinguished from the original concrete surface or stair element concerning resistance and stability. No wonder that Synfola products are also successfully used in highly frequented buildings. Floors and staircase damages in shopping centres, public buildings or educational institutions are coloured, structured or reliably repaired.
