Type 1
Type 1 Usual concrete surface without special optical surface requirements
- With arbitrary area structure
- Without post-processing of ridges and high spots
Type 2
Type 2 Concrete area with uniform surface structure
- Plank or panel size not defined
- With post-processing of ridges and high spots
Type 3
Type 3 Exposed concrete surface with plank structure. Visible remaining surfaces with the following requirements
- Unified surface structure without high spots, ridges
and porous areas.
- Pores (shrink holes) caused by air pockets are
allowed in moderate number
- Colouring as unified as possible
- Constant plank size, plank joints not defined
- Unified plank direction and parallel to larger dimension
of the formwork area
- Smooth formwork planks
Type 4
Type 4 Exposed concrete surface with panel structure. Visible remaining surfaces with the following requirements
- Unified surface structure without high spots, ridges
and porous areas.
- Pores (shrink holes) caused by air pockets are
allowed in moderate number
- Colouring as unified as possible
- Constant panel size, panel joints not defined
- Unified panel direction and parallel to larger dimension
of the formwork area
Type 5
Type 5 Exposed concrete with precise description of the planner. Uniformly closed surface
Drilling holes, concrete remainders, swelling of sintered layer, repair spots, damages caused by vibration needle etc. are not permitted. Use of bakelised plywood panels.
